Being a woman is challenging. Not only do we have to overcome economic challenges such as job opportunities, but more importantly, we have to keep ourselves from harm or from anyone that seeks to take advantage of our more “fragile” physique.

However, it’s about time we say goodbye to this weakness. As women, we can only rely on each other to protect our ranks and make sure nothing bad befalls anyone. I’ve had my fair share of experiences walking home from work or to my car, and someone creepy was lurking behind me. Thankfully, nothing has happened so far, but that opened my eyes to the possibility that I have to be equipped if something happens.

I established Protect Ur Peace with one intention: to make self-defense articles more accessible to anyone, especially women. Some of us have husbands, children, and other important people waiting for us at home, and we must protect ourselves so that we can go home to their embrace. So, at first, I started buying self-defense articles for my use, and upon talking to several women, I realized that many of them might benefit from these articles too. I knew right then and there that making self-defense kits more accessible would be a tremendous help for women in my community and the world.

Protect Ur Peace is not just about self-defense. So, I combined my passion for self-defense and my love for chakra-based jewelry and stones.

Changing your mindset from passive (relying on others for help when it comes to your security) to active (taking ownership of your self-defense) involves a spiritual journey. Protect Ur Peace offers products or tools to help the journey become more bearable.

Protect Ur Peace offers several products, from keychains that are hand-made in-house to rings and essential oils—all of which help you become more attuned to yourself and improve your drive and focus. In addition, all kits are made with a chakra background in mind, so every color is made with a purpose and meaning.

Ultimately, we are planning to build a community with like-minded people. So, follow us as we hold workshops, pop-up events, seminars, camps, and tutorials about leading a chakra-based life and self-defense topics.
